4. Judging and Results

Award decisions are made by our panel of independent judges and are final. Praxis Awards does not guarantee any specific outcome for any nomination. The evaluation process and criteria are described on our website, but judges retain discretion in their assessments.

Winners and finalists consent to having their company name, product name, and award recognition published publicly on the Praxis Awards website and in related marketing materials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Praxis Awards website, including text, graphics, logos, and badges, is the property of Praxis Awards and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Award winners are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Praxis Awards badges and winner designations for marketing purposes, subject to our badge usage guidelines. This license is revocable if the terms of use are violated.
