Each nomination is assigned to a minimum of three judges with relevant industry experience. Judges score independently using the standardized rubric, without knowledge of other judges' scores. Conflicts of interest are screened and recused.
After independent scoring, the judging panel convenes to discuss and calibrate results. Score outliers are reviewed, edge cases debated, and final rankings within each category are determined through structured deliberation.
Finalists undergo customer reference validation via independent outreach. The oversight committee reviews final rankings for consistency across categories before Gold, Silver, and Bronze designations are confirmed.
